Stephen Kingham
Today I am an internationally recognised specialist in VoIP, this encompasses both IP Telephony and Video over IP, within the Advanced Research and Education Sector (in Australia that comprises all the Australian Universities and CSIRO). Although real time communications is my specialaty I am also a very accomplished Project Manager, Business Analyst, Programmer, Unix System Administrator, and Data Network Design Engineer, in particular Quality of Service. Several key projects have been worth in excess of $10 Millions per year.
I can be engaged as an employee or I have a company (Kingham Technology Pty Ltd) which enables me to work under contract.
Whilst employed I have completed several tertiary qualifications, although recently I have been concentrating on my own research.
I have published several programmes, developed courses/workshops, and presentations, as well as several projects, which I have published on this web site for people to view.
